		<description>This explains so much, everyone in our family cannot comprehend words when there is background noise, I have the same problem and think it is why I shy away from group conversations because I often cannot understand what everyone is saying, but I do fine with one on one conversations. An innovative and entrepreneurial minded audiologist could make a killing if this new thinking was applied.</description>
