Sustainable Design is a Good Business Decision

The heating and air conditioning equipment and systems that I design and specify for buildings are a specialized area. It is not well understood by layman. The bottom line is that electricity and gas prices are risign and aint going down. I said that in 1982 and regretted it ) But for most of my career, I have cranked out energy efficient, cost and comfort effective designs a s matter of course. It is how I made my bread and butter.

Now they call it sustainable. LEED is not some esoteric concept. Saving energy is a mainstream idea! The bottom line here is easy to justify. If you disagree, write me, I have energy models and spreadsheets that will prove my point.
